Technical Sales Representative

Job description

The Technical Services Sales Representative serves as a consultative sales and technical support partner to customers and internal sales teams. This role combines environmental compliance knowledge, waste characterization expertise, and customer‑focused sales execution to develop compliant, cost‑effective waste solutions. The position supports new business development, expansion of existing accounts, and technical service delivery across hazardous and non‑hazardous waste streams. This role works closely with Field Sales, Project Management, Technical Services, and approved TSDF partners to ensure customer solutions meet regulatory, safety, and operational requirements. Sales & Business Development: - Partner with Field Sales Representatives to support new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts through technical consultation and solution development - Identify additional service opportunities within existing customer sites, including waste disposal, profiling, lab packs, wastewater, and special projects - Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and audits to assess waste streams and recommend appropriate services - Assist with preparation of pricing inputs, s...
