Responsibilities & Qualifications: Position Overview: The Novelis Uhrichsville team is seeking an Operations Excellence Engineer for our Recycling and Rolling facility in Uhrichsville Ohio. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement, assisting with identification of improvement projects, coordinating necessary training, and supporting the plant in workforce engagement. Additionally, this role will collaborate with operations and maintenance to process and safely improve operational performance.
