Social Enterprise Janitorial Supervisor Opportunity at Toolworks Toolworks, a reputable human service agency dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, is currently seeking a passionate Social Enterprise (SE) Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This position provides direct supervision, training, and support to client workers and assists in the coordination and completion of janitorial services and special projects. Wages: $24.50 - $27.50 per hour per hour, depending on experience. Employment Type: Non-exempt, Hourly, Full-Time. Work Location: San Francisco. Position Overview: The Janitorial Supervisor combines hands-on janitorial duties with quality assurance, documentation, customer communication, and field oversight responsibilities. The Janitorial Supervisor also serves as a liaison with customer representatives, supports contract compliance, and helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
