Job Responsibilities As an HR Operations Specialist, your core responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of HR policies, processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with SHEIN HQ to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services. With the company's further development, you will have the potential to grow into a leader and support regions outside Turkiye. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfer, promotion, offboarding) and maintain personnel files. Attendance and leave management, maintain the UKG system and provide attendance data for payroll. Oversee daily compensation and benefits operations.
