JOB SUMMARY: The Director or Human Resources is responsible for supporting Dane Street’s goals by directing all people functions of the corporation in accordance with company policies and practices and applicable State and Federal regulations. Responsible for daily management of the HR oversight, functions and support. Dane Street’s success relies on individual and team contributions every day. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Employee Relations: - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
