About the Role We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and driven Business Operations Analyst to join our growing Delivery Operations team within a professional services and business consulting environment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving operational problems, and wants to build a career at the intersection of delivery operations, process improvement, and business transformation. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support the day-to-day health of business unit accounts and delivery workflows, assist with the onboarding of newly acquired companies into our operating model, and help maintain the tools, data, and processes that keep our delivery team running smoothly. You will work closely with Delivery Leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams — gaining broad exposure across the business while building deep operational expertise.
