What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: Generally responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs and/or estimating projects. Work will be performed under minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Access IT Requests (B Drive Folder, SAP Business Functions, etc.) Service4You Requests SharePoint Access BMD Requests Earmark Approvals & Management Teams app for routing as final approver, master spreadsheet maintenance, verify budgets vs. spend on track Auto WBS/SPEED Projects Execution or Questions Create Purchase Requisitions Create PO Change Orders Engineering Partner Framework PRs Creating Framework PRs at the beginning of each year and increasing every 6 months or as needed Receiving & Preparing Shipments of Equipment C alls from mailroom, etc. (Where should this be delivered to on-site?) Project Job Book, Closure, or Cancellation Invoices - Service Entry or Goods Receipt Invoices Checking payment status in SAP, resolving issues, escalating payment inquiries Engineering Partner Invoicing Gather invoices from Partners, master spreadsheet, service entries, Partner Framework PO spending verificati...
