Southern Mechanical- Plumbing Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY) Job description: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to manage the operations of multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all daily aspects needed on site to keep the project running on time and on budget and help solve problems as they arise. Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience in the field as a Plumbing superintendent and be familiar with Plumbing/building codes and regulations. Experience with procore or similar project management software, Raken, total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, Top out, managing subcontracted plumbing labor is a must. Bi-lingual is a plus but, not a must.
