Essential Responsibilities: - Seasonal position - Drive to properties to conduct cleaning inspections - Cleaning when necessary - Communicate damages, repair and service requests via our work order system - Check stocking levels - Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies, procedures and standards - Other duties as assigned Minimum Required Skills & Competencies: - Proven working experience in relevant field - Ability to work independently and remain motivated - Attention to detail - Great customer service and professionalism - Time management skills - Effective communicator - Punctual to work and great attendance - Dependable transportation - Ability to work weekends and holidays to support business needs - Valid drivers license and clear driving record Desired Skills & Competencies: - Experience within the field preferred.
