Description The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach supports all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III program, contributing to the development of student-athletes in alignment with Simpson College's academic mission and values. This role assists the head coach in practice planning, game preparation, and recruiting, while fostering a team culture focused on accountability, sportsmanship, and academic success. The assistant coach also plays a key role in player development, performance analysis, and program operations, ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA guidelines. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a commitment to mentoring student-athletes and supporting their growth both on the field and in the classroom. Serves as a representative of the College, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the SC community and with the public. 2.
