Position Summary Join the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge team as we work to become a trusted community asset, reflective of the entire community, that is collaborative in pursuit of our conservation mission. The Youth Engagement Coordinator individual placement will work with the community to co-design education programs, develop and lead new programs that strengthen the voices of youth in conservation, and ensure that programs are applicable to various communities. You will: *Facilitate interpretive, environmental education, recreation, and stewardship programs for youth and target audiences *Co-design and co-implement programs with community partners *Facilitate Idaho Jr. Duck Stamp art contest *Identify barriers that limit access to refuge programs, then implement solutions *Participate in refuge visitor services projects.
