Own Qondor’s product and technology direction at a defining moment of growth Qondor is the Nordic leader in meetings and events management software, with strong and growing traction in the UK and beyond. Our platform replaces a patchwork of tools with one connected workflow, from first request to final invoice. In 2025, around 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across more than 15 countries. More than half of our ARR already comes from outside Norway. Backed by leading B2B software investor Monterro, we are entering a new phase of structured international growth, with a clear ambition to achieve fivefold ARR growth over the next five years. We are now looking for our CPTO, a product and technology leader who will define our long term platform strategy and build the organisation that enables scalable international growth. The role: As CPTO, you will own both product strategy and technical direction, ensuring tight alignment between customer value, commercial priorities, platform scalability, and AI opportunities.
