Experience of supporting and developing employees would be an advantage but a great attitude and ability to motivate others is paramount. We are looking for a friendly, motivated team player with strong organisational, written, oral and collaboration skills to support our employees, managers, and the Talent & Culture Team. You will have the ability to work independently on your own initiative and wish to progress within the function of Talent & Culture.
