Job Type Part-time Description: Shee Atika Inc. is seeking a Food Truck Operator to join our team for a seasonal role beginning March 15th working through mid-October 2026, in Sitka, AK. The Food Truck Operator will manage daily operations of our food truck. This role combines culinary skills, business savvy, and a passion for sharing stories about Alaska’s food traditions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures food safety, and delivers exceptional hospitality. Sheet’ká Salmon Tales is a mobile culinary experience celebrating the rich flavors of Alaska’s wild salmon and local ingredients. Our mission is to share the story of Sitka’s heritage and sustainable seafood practices through delicious, high-quality meals served with exceptional friendliness and hospitality.
