Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for our adult population in their home setting in such areas as neuro, orthopedic, general medicine, and dysphagia/swallow. This position covers NYP/Lawrence Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency. This is a full-time day position.
