Carrier is looking for a seasoned Program Manager that will lead our learning development and learning system initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Development Program Design & Management: - Build and manage development programs that support technical, professional, and leadership growth across the Commercial HVAC organization. - Partner with Engineering, Field Operations, Sales, and HR to identify capability needs and design programs that address them. Develop structured learning pathways for: - Commercial HVAC technical mastery (chillers, rooftops, hydronics) - Controls and building automation - Commissioning, diagnostics, and system optimization - Customer facing and project management skills - Leadership and people management development - Integrate hands-on learning experiences such as factory tours, lab sessions, field ride alongs, and mentorship with Carrier experts. - Manage program logistics including communications, scheduling, cohort/speaker coordination, and resource development. - Track participant progress, certifications, and skill attainment; provide insights to leadership on program impact and workforce readiness.
