Electrical Project Manager - TRAINEE About this role: We are seeking candidates with strong electrical field‑based leadership experience, such as Foremen and Superintendents who are interested in transitioning into a Project Manager role. Your hands‑on expertise in planning and executing successful projects in the field has already equipped you with many of the core competencies needed for project management. Skills such as manpower, budget awareness, scheduling, and coordinating resources translate exceptionally well into our Project Manager training program. With our structured development path, your field experience can serve as a powerful foundation for becoming a highly effective Project Manager.
