Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Trinity Health Oakland Hospital Location: Pontiac, MI Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. One full weekend per month and 1 Holiday per year Rate: $24.50+ (rate of pay increased based upon full years of experience in title) Carries out therapeutic treatment programs as identified by a registered occupational therapist in accordance with the physician's prescribed orders and maintains documentation as required by the department. Modifies treatment programs as appropriate to the patient's progress under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Position Qualifications: Minimum Education, Licensure / Certification and Experience Required. Education: Graduate of an accredited educational program by the AOTA (Associate Degree Program). Licensure / Certification: Current State of Michigan COTA Registration. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Special Skill / Aptitudes: Good interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
