Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team! #LI-BF3 Responsibilities: We are seeking a hands-on, highly knowledgeable Leave & Accommodation Manager II to manage the full cycle of medical leaves of absence and workplace accommodation requests for assigned facilities. This position is ideal for someone who excels in FMLA administration, ADA/ADAAA compliance, PWFA, state leave laws, and high-volume case management. - Subject matter expert in end-to-end leave of absence and accommodation management , including FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, state disability laws, STD/LTD, Pregnancy Disability Leave, and Return-to-Work coordination . - Conduct employee intake, eligibility determination, documen...
