What you will do and achieve: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates from top tech companies, cutting-edge AI startups, and renowned academic institutions. Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and the cultural dynamics of our teams, ensuring a seamless match between Factory and candidate aspirations. Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, from crafting compelling job descriptions to coordinating interviews and extending offers, maintaining a high bar for skill, creativity, and cultural fit. Foster strong relationships within the tech community through networking events, tech talks, and direct engagement with potential candidates, building a robust pipeline of talent.
