Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney: Salary Range: $100K- 200K Type of Position: Full Time Location: Fully Remote and Hybrid Positions Available Job Description: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Requirements: - Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions) - Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions - Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court - Take and defend percipient and expert depositions - Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials - Active participation in trial - Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to wo...
