Job description

Description We are looking for a skilled Information Technology / Audiovisual Technician to provide fast and professional technical assistance for audio/video systems, computer systems, and networking. The Information Technology / Audiovisual Technician must have solid technical knowledge, production experience, and be able to communicate effectively to the end user. They must also be customer-oriented and patient when dealing with difficult customers. The Information Technology / Audiovisual Technician will troubleshoot all audiovisual and information technology issues, including live PA, audio, video, software, hardware, and networking.
