Overview Na Ali'i is seeking an IT Capture / Business Development Analyst to support and grow our Federal Information Technology line of business. This individual will support senior leadership, the Business Development team, and project managers to identify, research, qualify, and pursue Federal Government contracting opportunities. The role will help develop capture strategies and produce high-quality pre-award artifacts (Sources Sought, Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), and related capability briefings). The ideal candidate has at least two years of Federal business development/capture exposure, understands the Federal acquisition process, and is comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and drafting while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
