Job description
The Administrative Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals that service Bessemer’s ultra-high net worth clients from our Los Angeles office. The Administrative Assistant will provide seamless administrative support to the Client Advisory and Office Management Team. Responsibilities : - Screen incoming communications and route for action and follow-up. - Communicate with both internal and external contacts including significant prospect and client relationships. - Draft and proof standard correspondence. - Establish effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts. This role may be required to provide flexible support to other Managers as required. - Assist with bookkeeping and accounting for various client transactions. - Comprehensive organization of meetings and luncheons as needed. - Detailed calendar management and coordination of travel arrangements. - Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner. - Welcome and assist guests visiting the office. - Provide general support to the Office Manager as needed.
