Job description

The Sanitation Lead is responsible for overseeing daily sanitation operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. This role supports distribution activities, promotes adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assists in team coordination and training. Minimum Requirements: - Previous manufacturing experience required - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. - At least two years of sanitation experience or a related field - Knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures - Previous safety training required. - Troubleshooting experience or mechanical aptitude required. - Experience assisting with change overs preferred. - Experience working in a team-oriented environment preferred. - Ability to develop and implement sanitation programs and protocols - Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all team members follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a safe working environment; identify and report safety or operational concerns to management. - Lead and support sanitation and housekeeping efforts to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and regulatory standa...
