Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our Power Industrials team in Madrid on a staff basis, offering a hybrid work arrangement at our Madrid office. #LI-Hybrid The Role The Project Management Officer (PMO) provides leadership, governance and assurance for the Project Management (PM) function, ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery across the portfolio. The PMO will champion a consistent way of working through company standards, processes, procedures, systems and behaviours, and drive safe, ethical and inclusive performance. Part of the role is to support contract, project and portfolio execution by providing direction, coaching and intervention when required, including during start‑up and other critical phases.
