Description DIVISION: Administration: REPORTS TO: CEO: SUPERVISES: 1-5: EXEMPTION STATUS: Exempt: POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Business Development (DBD) serves as a senior leader responsible for driving sustainable organizational growth through strategic planning, branding and marketing leadership, referral development, portfolio diversification, and oversight of intake and admissions operations. This role provides unified leadership across marketing, branding, and intake to ensure consistent messaging, efficient referral conversion, and alignment between growth initiatives and operational readiness.
