This role focuses on borrower outreach, payment collection, counseling, and loss mitigation when repayment is not immediately achievable. The Loan Counselor works GSE, FHA, VA, Freddie Mac, and Conventional loans and ensures compliance with all federal, state, investor, and company guidelines.
