SmallHD– Who are we? SmallHD designs and manufactures cutting-edge display products for both the independent filmmaker and cinema industry. Our monitors are used worldwide to consistently provide creative professionals with real- time confidence in their image. SmallHD products are known for their durability, premium display quality, and incredible user interface. What will I be doing?: You will ensure that the quality department is operating in a way that is conducive to SmallHD meeting product quality standards. This includes the quality of incoming materials, assemblies in progress, and finished goods. Compensation: $60K - $70K per year. Onsite. A typical day might include the following: ● Establishing procedures and practices to meet quality standards and reduce scrap ● Working with vendors to ensure they are meeting agreed-upon quality and that they have the necessary tools to do so ● Collaborating with Operations teams to ensure that final product quality is inspected timely and meets quality standards ● Collaborating with engineering and service teams to determine root causes of failures ● Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Quality team ● Review and correct timeshee...
