Job Description: AHRC NYC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Staten Island. The Program Enrollment Specialist will recruit qualified individuals across the five boroughs for the program. The role involves building relationships with community partners and funding sources to identify potential program applicants, serving as a liaison between referral sources and the program, and coordinating pre-screening and assessment of candidates. The ideal candidate has experience working with opportunity youth (e.g. out-of-school, unemployed, or at-risk youth), strong communication skills, and the ability to develop partnerships with schools and community-based organizations.
