As a member of the Section, the attorney will provide a wide range of legal services to these agencies, both directly and in conjunction with the Section Chief and other Assistant Attorneys General. This position will serve in a general capacity, providing legal advice in the areas of litigation and regulatory appeals. Duties of this position include handling litigation and reviewing environmental-related legislation and regulations.
