MongoDB is looking for a strategic, high-impact Regional Marketing Specialist to own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for Iberia. This role requires a proactive marketer who can partner closely with the Sales and broader GTM teams to drive market expansion and revenue growth through an integrated, campaign-led approach. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by balancing executive engagement with a strong developer enablement strategy. Your mission is not only to win the hearts of C-level decision-makers, but also to empower and upskill developer communities ensuring MongoDB becomes their platform of choice. This is a highly visible, high-impact role requiring autonomy, business acumen, and a strong positive mindset. The role will report to the Lead, Regional Marketing for SEMEA. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Madrid for our hybrid working model.
