We’re seeking a culturally grounded and experienced Practice Lead to guide our Foster and Kinship Program. This role involves coordinating service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, supporting carers, and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people under the custody or guardianship of the Chief Executive as per the Child Protection Act 1999. The Practice Lead will work closely with non-government organizations (NGOs), carers, and community stakeholders to provide safe, nurturing, and culturally appropriate care arrangements.
