The Credit & Risk team manages this lending activity, which supports 3 million customers with £1.3B in outstandings. We use data-driven insights to optimise our customer proposition and business profit. We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Lead Credit Risk Analyst. In this role, you will be at the heart of designing, testing, and implementing strategy changes that drive sustainable business growth. What You Will Take On: In this role, you will take on complex business challenges and lead the development of credit strategies: Lead Strategy Programmes: Own the day-to-day running of our Credit Limit management strategy programme to successfully optimise risk and growth. Drive Complex Analysis: Identify risks and opportunities in current processes by analysing multiple data sources and designing randomised control trials.
