About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director to act as CPI Data Lead. The CPI Data Leader will lead the strategy, delivery, and modernization of the Unified Cross Consumer Data & Insights ecosystem. This role is accountable for building the next‑generation Authorized Data Source (ADS) platform and driving cloud migration efforts that serve as the enterprise foundation for all consumer data products. Acting as a key enabler of the firm’s consumer data strategy, this leader ensures the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient platforms that unlock business value, strengthen risk and control posture, and accelerate time‑to‑insights. The role will oversee a $20M+ portfolio and a global engineering organization of 100+ resources. Close partnership with LOB Data teams, Architecture, and the CTO organization will be essential to align migration priorities with enterprise Data Center exit plans and modern target‑state architectures.
