Team Overview The team's mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation. We are seeking a proactive and analytical Solutions Manager to support strategic and operational initiatives within the Last Mile Operations team. This role will focus on driving internal logistics projects, improving operational processes, coordinating cross-functional implementations, and supporting network scalability across transportation and fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities, logistics operation knowledge, and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce or supply chain environment.
