Responsible for collection of outstanding loan balances in accordance with lending policies and procedures as established by senior management. This position will work with the Collections Team to analyze information to conduct in depth investigations to locate unrecovered debts. The Skip Tracer Collector will use available resources to gather information while adhering to federal regulations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Will assist the Collectors with reviewing and managing a list of assigned delinquent accounts utilizing Collections Department software. - Contact customers regarding their delinquent accounts to negotiate repayment, extensions, or rework of distressed loans. - Skip trace customers utilizing in-house tools and software to renew contact and collection efforts.
