No experience is required—we will provide all the training you need. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build their skills while maintaining commercial pools for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of commercial pools, spas, and water features, including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and backwashing. - Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe and healthy conditions for swimmers. - Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chemical feeders, and automation systems. - Monitor and adjust chemical feeders and automated control systems for proper operation. - Identify potential issues or safety hazards and communicate findings promptly to management or clients. - Maintain accurate service records, including water chemistry logs, maintenance reports, and repair documentation. - Manage assigned service routes efficiently while upholding The Pool Pros’ standards of quality...
