This role serves as the organization’s primary subject matter expert and system owner, ensuring data integrity, compliance, reporting accuracy, and an exceptional user experience across the employee lifecycle. In addition, the HRIS Manager serves as backup Payroll Administrator, supporting accurate and compliant payroll processing during peak cycles and absences.
