Job Description: - Work closely with assigned outside reps to grow the revenue base for accounts below $15,000 revenue per year - Minimum of 20 outbound calls per day- mix of cold calls/ prospecting, one-shot quote follow ups, service review, conflict resolution & past customers. Call notes to be updated in CRM, that same day - ASP to review Bill of Lading (BOL) type (ie customer own, manual, electronic), Electronic-invoicing & - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on all phone calls - Review Online Quote (OLQ) report in MT Direct daily to follow up on One Shot accounts with Account - Managers to discuss which accounts they will each target - Create users and train customers via phone on our online platform MT Direct. 2-3 web demos a week - When contacting accounts, capture and qualify opportunities and send as a lead to a Sales...
