Responsibilities: Develop and maintain training materials and lesson plans, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation for NOC procedures and best practices. Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing NOC staff. Assess training needs and design curriculum to address skill gaps.
