The ideal candidate will act as the de facto lead for the Sustainment and Reliability Support Agile Release Train (ART), providing leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team responsible for system sustainment, operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of mission-critical HR systems. This role requires a proven leader with experience in IT operations, sustainment support, service management, and cross-functional coordination within complex Federal environments. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring system stability, performance, and ongoing enhancements. The position supports the operational baseline across both NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments and plays a vital role in maintaining service continuity while enabling modernization efforts and future cloud migration.
