About This Position CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a Full-time, 40 hours a week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Marlborough location. Some days you'll work first shift 7am-3pm, other days you may have to work second shift which is 3pm-11pm.
