Job Title : Army Vantage Field Service Representative (FSR) Position Description : SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Army Vantage Field Service Representative (FSR) to support a federal enterprise modernization and operational integration effort within a Department of Defense environment. Note: This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are currently building a team of qualified candidates to be proposed for this upcoming project. Compensation & Pay Scale: Salary Range: $55,000 to $155,000 Determination: The final salary offered will be a good faith estimate based on the awarded contract funding and the selected candidate's experience, education, and geographic location. This position is ideal for a highly capable, customer-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of operational problem solving, data integration, workflow modernization, and user adoption.
