Terms of Employment: 10-month Exemption Status: Non-Exempt: Salary Scale: AFSCME, UB2 Grade 16 https://www.ccboe.com/careers/salary-scales EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Associate’s degree in human relations, social work, psychology, education or a related field of study and at least 3 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in human relations, social work, psychology, education, or a related field of study is preferred. Must have or have the ability to obtain the Career Coach certificate within the first two years of employment or another certification deemed appropriate. Experience in youth development is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Effective oral and written communication skills. Capable of performing the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to teach, advise, mentor, and collaborate face-to face and virtually with a wide range of learners and stakeholders (students, parents, colleagues, business partners).
