Job Description: Reports To: The Sales Director will report to the Executive Director. The Sales Director position is an exempt, salaried position. Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 Yearly Commissions: Job Overview: Works closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the marketing plan for the community. Meets or exceeds all budgetary and occupancy expectations. The location will be in the area of Somerset and Bergen Counties. Responsibilities and Duties: - Conducts phone and direct sales calls in accordance with established goals, ensuring leasing expectations are met or exceeded - Manages all move-ins/move-outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community. - Communicates incoming resident’s needs and requirements to the Health & Wellness Director - Actively maintains a meaningful wait list - Assists in lead generating activities to ensure adequate leads are produced in o...
