Working to protect the state’s environment and heritage - Information & Retail Support Assistant (Clerk General Scale 1-13), located at Khancoban in the Southern Ranges - Casual role, $20.07 to $39.30 per hour About the role: An exciting opportunity exists to join our National Parks team. You will be responsible for providing visitor information and outstanding customer service at our Khancoban Visitor Centre. Responsibilities include processing bookings, collection and reconciliation of park entry fees and retail/merchandise sales. This role is casual and includes working weekends, public holidays and peak periods such as school holidays and long weekends. About You: To be successful in the role, you will have: - Experience in providing quality and courteous customer service in a professional manner; often dealing with simultaneous demands; requiring sound time management and the ability to be flexible, particularly during high visitation times. - Having worked in retail or hospitality previously, working directly with customers and supporting/resolving their queries with an ability to problem solve and enjoy building a rapport....
