Maintain and continuously refine the service and business transition plan to keep it aligned and effective Partner closely with Project Managers, Program Leads, the Line Organization, and Business stakeholders to drive transition activities, owning selected projects end‑to‑end. Lead change impact assessments and turn insights into clear, actionable change management plans.
