Sr. Director of Behavioral Health & Nursing Operations, Department of Addiction Medicine - Target Salary Range : $140,000 to $160,000 per year - Onsite Role, Full Time - Location: Roxbury, MA 02119 Position Overview: Reporting to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer, the Sr. Director of Behavioral Health & Nursing Operations for the Department of Addiction Medicine provides transformational, hands-on, onsite leadership ATS, OBAT, CSS, and RRS in the continuum of our department. This leader maintains strong clinical presence, supports direct patient care delivery, and ensures every nurse has the tools, training, and confidence to succeed.
