Description The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences invites applicants for a full-time licensed psychologist who will provide direct psychological services including comprehensive psychological assessments, evaluations, treatment, and consultation at the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic at University Medical Center and Tulane University School of Medicine. The psychologist will be responsible for the direct mental health care of adults, will provide consultation to healthcare professionals, and will engage in research, teaching, and supervision in the medical school setting. Qualifications: REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES TYPICALLY NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY: 1. Crisis Intervention 2. Experience with adults with mental health concerns 2. Interdisciplinary consultation and collaboration skills 3. Individual and group therapy skills 4.
